The Secretariat Office is composed of an eager group of people under the leadership of a director. It's primary responsibility is to assist the university president in administrative matters. This unit's professional tasks are as follows:

  1. University mid-term planning
  2. University council,administrative council
  3. University affairs, administration, budget supervision meetings
  4. President's lecture preparation, schedule arranging, reception
  5. ISO 9000 Quality control system managing
  6. Administrative efficiency and effectiveness evaluation
  7. Purchasing procedure review
  8. Document filing and maintain
  9. Dispatch of official documents
  10. Complaint letters, mail, and e-mail handling
  11. Campus activities reporting, newspaper clipping, and information gathering
  12. Routine reports to government ministries and other university administrative units
